With over 40 years of experience in the retail and restaurant industries, Bill Bussey, CCIM, is a highly regarded Senior Broker at Bradley Company specializing in retail site selection, development, and investment advisory services. Known for his ability to tackle challenging properties, Bill combines extensive market knowledge, innovative strategies, and a results-oriented approach to deliver value for his clients in Michigan and Indiana.

Bill's mission is to help clients grow profitably by identifying and securing sites that meet their specific requirements and objectives. His expertise extends to single-site transactions as well as strategic market domination efforts. Bill also negotiates favorable lease terms for new locations, renewals, expansions, and purchases.

Bill is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and studied architecture at Georgia Tech, where he graduated as an industrial engineer. Before joining Bradley Company, he was a partner and Vice President at Colliers/Grand Rapids and its predecessor companies for 15 years.
