Robert Lotzar

During the past twelve years, Mr. Lotzar has been directly involved in the acquisition, development, management and leasing of over eight million square feet of space. In addition, his market insight and knowledge of decision analysis tools will allow him to provide investment analysis services and ?1031 exchange? expertise to his clients.

In an effort to provide more specialized service to his clients and customers, in 2002 Mr. Lotzar elected to join Martin Commercial's Retail Team, emphasizing retail development, Landlord/Tenant representation and complex land development transactions.
